Problem statement:
When the functions of the following paths are used, the content will become blank abnormal situation:

(1) Floating toolbar > Embed browser > “Make the current web page become a tool” to the canvas.
(2) Main toolbar > Magic Box > myViewBoard Clips > “Make the current web page become a tool” to the canvas.
(3) Main toolbar > Magic Box > YouTube > Double-click a video from the search results, or drag the video out to the canvas.

Environment of software/hardware for abnormal situation:
myViewBoard Whiteboard for Windows software (v.2.36.3) when the computer hardware specification is part of the Intel graphics card mode.

Current workaround:
In settings menu, “GPU Acceleration” change to "Disable" and re-start myViewBoard software

“Make the current web page become a tool” to the canvas.

Hi @browna2
We'd suggest you to use the "Auto Sign Out Time" feature by entering the FollowMe Setting on myviewboard.com.

You can change the time of auto sign-out.
Once you confirm the change, it will be applied on your next sign-in.

Your question is related firewall/mail server. Please ask your school IT admin to whitelist "myviewboard" domain from the email server and allow port 443.
Alternatively, you could try activate our software by using the network connection shared by your hotspot from a mobile device.

May I know which product were you using?
"import url function", may I get a screenshot stating where did you see that?
"not working", may I know what did you mean by not working? A screenshot is preferred. Did it generate an icon with hyperlink on the canvas?
