I am the Product Manager of myViewBoard Whiteboard for Windows and myViewBoard Whiteboard for Android. I am glad you mentioned it and value it so much, because it has been placed under our future improvement plan.

My teachers are having this same problem. They would like for the whiteboard to remember their login credentials. It logs them out constantly. This takes up to much class time, especially for kindergarteners.
May I ask are you using Display caster or Classroom's video conference funciton? Because the answer will depend on the funciton you use.
If you are using Classroom's video conference feature, then the IP address of WebRTC servers would be as following. You may consider to set this ip list to your network gear's whitelist.

For Display caster function, the caster will normally (usually a laptop with browser) connect to MyViewboard TV Panel to share the screen.
The whitelist is
ice.myviewboard.cloud port 3478 UDP
For the Connectivity test, it is okay to see a yellow color. It means not all connection options are avaliable, WebRTC client can still find a way to connect to server. However, that page is only used for testing caster.
Also, we would like to know more about about the environment or equipment you use now. For example:
What product you are using and meet this issue?
What equipment you use now? - like a Window 10 PC with chrome brower?
What is your network environment? - Is it a high speed network in a comany or a network at home?

Do you use myViewBoard Companion to scan the QR code of Whiteboard, but fail to sign in with some error messages?

For the users who registered before October 1st, 2021, we provided a complimentary one-year Premium subscription which will end on September 30th, 2022. You can check your subscription in myviewboard.com (Path: Avatar menu > My Subscriptions).
The complimentary one-year Premium subscription can't be cancelled and your plan will be updated as Standard when the Premium subscription expires. Standard plan is a basic and free plan for all myViewBoard users.
If you subscribe any plans in the future, you can cancel them in My Subscriptions.
What is the firmware version of your ViewBoard?
Which products have the pen sensitivity issue? myViewBoard Whiteboard for Android, Viewboard Side Toolbar? If the issue happened in myViewboard Whiteboard for Android, please provide the version number of it.

Hi @jshreve-nomeschools-org Thank you for using myViewBoard Whiteboard. I am the product manager of myViewBoard Whiteboard for Android and myViewBoard Whiteboard for Windows.
The .olf file format is a new file format which can help you use the same file in both myViewBoard Whiteboard for Android and Whiteboard for Windows easily. It is better than the original .iwb which can only be used on the same platform. Soon, it will be able to be used on all platforms of myViewBoard Whiteboard!
In addition, in order to provide a better experience, all files on myViewBoard Whiteboard for Android and Whiteboard for Windows can be saved as .olf only. However, you can export it as .iwb as usual.
Moreover, about the "Safe Mode", it is a new feature which will just show up for a few months to keep your files safe. We will have a better and safer way to keep your files safe soon. At that time, we will remove the "Safe Mode" feature.
Last, I'd like to know what kind of popup you mentioned? Could you paste the screenshot here? Thank you so much.
