After checking our backlog, the Email was sent on 2020-Oct-30.
The reason why Email was not delievered may be you were using Apple ID and not sharing your "actual" Email address with myViewBoard.
Could you try to grant myViewBoard access to your actual Email address in order to receive reply from our support site?

It is possible that cloud saving not working for latest version Android.
The work around for now is to save it locally.

Then when I want to go back to my whiteboard it won't let me in, it says I already have a canvas open but I don't know where that is open or how to close it.

use incognito mode and launch myViewBoard Classroom again, if it's not working
use another broser and launch myViewBoard Classroom again, if it's not working
reboot the device and launch myViewBoard Classroom again
For Chromebook, there is no need to click wavy lines.
This might be internet issue, since too many students were using internet in the actual school building.
The workaround might be ask some of them using their own internet hot spot instead.
Whiteboard for Windows and myViewBoard Classroom are two products which can fulfill all requests.

Are you referring to the slot in PC installed with Window 10 in the IFP? First time turning on the slot in PC should requires no ID and password.
May I ask what do you mean local accounts do not work? The IFP sign in account may be restricted by your organization IT admin. Please contact your IT admin and see for account and password.
