Hello, thanks for using myViewBoard Manager.
You can use "Jobs" to achieve it, (available in Manager advanced)
Please go to "Jobs" in the left tool bar to create a job,

first to select type = broadcast multimedia & specfic what time you want to broadcast it. assigned this job to devices enable this job
Please refer to attached example images,

Then the system will follow your schedule to broadcast video automatically, thank you

We have been aware of the issue and are working on the issue for a while.
We will fix the issue in March 2023 release.

Pressing the Screen Shade button on the convenience panel or remote control briefly hides the screen's contents. Press the Screen Shade button again to show the screen contents.

You have done nothing wrong. It is a feature limitation. myViewBoard Whiteboard imports Google Slides as a static image for each slides.
