Hi @mary-lopez Thank you for using myViewBoard Whiteboard.
In order to proceed, can you provide more information below:
Do you use myViewBoard Companion to scan the QR code of Whiteboard, but fail to sign in with some error messages?
If so, can you provide the screenshot of the error messages?
If not, can you provide more detailed information to let us help you?
May I ask are you using Display caster or Classroom's video conference funciton? Because the answer will depend on the funciton you use.
If you are using Classroom's video conference feature, then the IP address of WebRTC servers would be as following. You may consider to set this ip list to your network gear's whitelist.
us - 184.108.40.206
eu - 220.127.116.11
singapore - 18.104.22.168
Taiwan - 22.214.171.124
port range: 49152 ~ 52000 UDP
For Display caster function, the caster will normally (usually a laptop with browser) connect to MyViewboard TV Panel to share the screen.
The whitelist is
ice.myviewboard.cloud port 3478 UDP
For the Connectivity test, it is okay to see a yellow color. It means not all connection options are avaliable, WebRTC client can still find a way to connect to server. However, that page is only used for testing caster.
Also, we would like to know more about about the environment or equipment you use now. For example:
What product you are using and meet this issue?
What equipment you use now? - like a Window 10 PC with chrome brower?
What is your network environment? - Is it a high speed network in a comany or a network at home?
Also, you can find more information here ->
You do not need to open and save all your existing .vboard files to .olf files.
myViewBoard Whiteboard for Windows will be able to open and import both file formats.
However, .olf (Open Learning Format) will be the main stream file format cross all myViewBoard products in the future. Currently, myViewBoard Whiteboard for Windows and Whiteboard for Android support .olf files. myViewBoard Classroom will also support .olf in the future.
You can delete any .vboard file, after you save it into .olf file.
I am the Product Manager of myViewBoard Whiteboard for Windows and myViewBoard Whiteboard for Android. I am glad you mentioned it and value it so much, because it has been placed under our future improvement plan.
We will announce it when the functionality is ready.
