Thanks so much for letting us know about your need—that’s great! While we don’t have a feature in myViewboard Classroom, I can certainly understand how that might be frustrating for you. But good news is that we are planning on adding this feature in the near future and it will be available in one of our upcoming releases. Stay tuned
Thanks again for reaching out about this and sharing your perspective. Your valuable feedback help keeps our product fresh and new.
@hmartinus77-gmail-com Hello Merman,
I am the PM of myViewboard Classroom and thanks for letting us know about your situation. I can understand that it’s frustrating that you can't find the feature that you’ve come to rely on like that. So I am here to help you.
In the current version of Classroom, we are offering two ways to check student's work, here’s what you can do:
Teacher/Huddle overview: You can click the Teacher icon on the left (above) opens the Huddle overview.
Dashboard- Flip huddle card: You can click on the top right corner of the huddle card, you can flip the card between student list and canvas view.
If any of those steps are unclear, let me know, and I’m happy to explain further. Also, you can find out more about our product’s feature details in our Wiki.
Regarding Student's video showing on the Dashboard, we have put it into the product backlog and we are currently working on big enhancements that will be helpful for the majority of teachers, and you'll see those rolling out soon. Thanks again for taking the time to talk to us! We always appreciate feedback and suggestions.
Hi @rr20-mailbox-org if your school in Germany signs up as an entity before June (or if they have already signed up) then the standard features available to entities are free. As seen on the pricing page you mentioned: https://myviewboard.com/pricing/
Once your school is signed on as an entity, if your school then wants to have awesome Add on features like Manager Advanced and Clips(in-class learning and hybrid learning subscription packages) then they can contact us to place an order for those extra benefits. Your school can use this contact form to find out more about the Add on Features: https://myviewboard.com/contact/
We would like to know which version were you using before the upgrade. Could you please send us the vboard file and screenshot of instance ID which can be located by clicking the Gear icon on the top right and click "i" icon and send it to email@example.com
(Please send this screenshot to us)
About not able to view videos, were you viewing Youtube or myViewBoard Clips videos? Some Youtube videos do have restrictions when viewing the video not by using web browser.
Lastly, what file format was opened from the Magic box? vboard file?
My board updated and I no longer have WPS office on it, so I cannot show PDFs. Can I redownload it? Or is there another option to download and display PDFs without having my computer connected to the board. Thanks!

First of all, may I know a few things to understand about your teaching scenario:
what level is your student? which level of k-12 or higher education?
Are you looking for ways of distance learning to do a live streaming teaching or pre-recorded? is it a hybrid classroom?
How's your network connection stability and also the student side?
What devices are teacher/students using?
Click the "Home" button and on side toolbar, on the bottom-right, click the circle icon with 6 dots inside
Click on the app with "Folders" name
Navigate to the file directory, select the file, click the trash can icon on the bottom toolbar to delete the file.
Hi Tom, are you looking for a hybrid way of teaching? Zoom is built for conference calls. However, myViewBoard solution is designed specifically for hybrid and in classroom teaching for educators. Could you tell us more about your use case? Thank you
