Polling option

    I am new to the View Sonic platform and I've tried to search for everything I can. I found the polling feature on my whiteboard but when I access my classroom, I can't find it. Then when I want to go back to my whiteboard it won't let me in, it says I already have a canvas open but I don't know where that is open or how to close it. Please help.

    Hi:
    Currently, myViewBoard Classroom does not have 'poll'. However, according to our road map, the feature will be released in 2021.

    We will investigate and resolve the issue above.

    Hello, if this message “already have a canvas open” ever appear again, would you please try to..
    clear browser cache and launch myViewBoard Classroom again, if it's not working
    use incognito mode and launch myViewBoard Classroom again, if it's not working
    use another broser and launch myViewBoard Classroom again, if it's not working
    reboot the device and launch myViewBoard Classroom again

    @seekborrow Hi, if you've tried all the steps above but the error message "another canvas is already open" still shows on myViewBoard Classroom, please do one more try:
    ➡ use another browser and launch myViewBoard Classroom through https://myviewboard.com/home.

    If there's an opened canvas, you can close the previous session and restart a new one through the warning message.

    If it's still not working, please provide the following:

    • time of the error
    • device brand and model/ operating system details
    • browser name and version

    This would help us investigate and resolve the issue. Thank you.
