or
Classroom?Were you export a PDF file, and then open it using Microsoft PowerPoint?

I am using whiteboard for windows. after exporting the file in pdf or ppt format the file is saved in the local drive. If I open the saved file using any pdf reader the pages shows empty , that means the written material on the canvas is not saved in pdf or ppt.
