I've created a ticket in your support site, but didn't get reply.
Did you check the spam folder?
Maybe your school Email server blocks "service.myviewboard.com", you may try to whitelist that domain.

After checking our backlog, the Email was sent on 2020-Oct-30.
The reason why Email was not delievered may be you were using Apple ID and not sharing your "actual" Email address with myViewBoard.
Could you try to grant myViewBoard access to your actual Email address in order to receive reply from our support site?
