Whiteboard for Android cast out
-
Dear technical staff
I'm a teacher from an Italian High school. I have been trying your platform for a week. I have used the android app to send my presentations to laptop wireless computers. For the first days it has worked very well, but since this morning computers cannot receive my screen anymore, even though the connection seems to be active either on my tablet or on computers. The receiving window is stucked on "Waiting for streaming".
Moreover the Android app gets disconnected after about one hour, even though the disconnection time is set to "infinite"
Thank you for your atterntionBest regards, Domenico Palazzo

Hi Palazzodo,
Thank you for the feedback.
After testing the feature, it works out fine on our side.
Could you please provide us the Whiteboard for Android version and run the following test?https://myviewboard.com/cast2/test/index.html
Thank you,

I am also facing a similar issue, and it is too irritating, infact I recently got my laptop from Lifease coupon codes, and I was thinking that there is any issue with my laptop, but after reading your post I came to know that its an issue with software, can you tell me how much it will take time?

Thank you for the feedback.
Would you please elaborate the issue you were having more specifically?
In the original post, the user mentioned 2 topics, one is for casting, one is for logout time.If it were casting issue,
did you manage to whitelist url/ allow ports first?
Or could you try to use personal internet access rather than school internet to use that feature?Thank you,
