[MVBW] Crashing when start the Whiteboard for Windows

  • Provide the following items to the support system:

    (1) Capture picture of system information from:
    Right click on "Start Menu" and click on "System" in pop-up menu to open "System" window.

    (2) The version of Whiteboard for Windows and installation method.

    (3) Compressed files (logs) in the path "C:\ProgramData\ViewSonic\vBoard*".

    Depend on the protection design of product, the following items will not work (don't do these):

    (1) Move to other computer hardware that was not originally installed.

    (2) Change the software installation path "C:\Program Files\ViewSonic\vBoard".
