[MVBW] Failed to install the Whiteboard for Windows


  • Provide the following items to the support system:

    (1) Installation method and input options, one of the following:

    • Manual using exe file.

    • Through Group Policy with AD (Active Directory) using msi file.

    • Through Endpoint Manager (Intune) with Azure AD (Active Directory) using msi file.

    • Through SCCM with AD (Active Directory) using msi file.

    • Other (more details).

    (2) The version of installation file, and Install for the first time (current version) or upgrade (last version).

    (3) Logs: "vBoard.sqlite", "vBoardInfoGet" and "vBoardInfoQuery" under "C:\ProgramData\ViewSonic\vBoard".

    (4) Capture picture of system information from:
    Right click on "Start Menu" and click on "System" in pop-up menu to open "System" window.
