I am wondering if there is a way to adjust the sensitivity for the long touch features. I have students using the view board and when they pause, the toolbars pop up in the middle of the screen. If I can’t change the long press settings, is there a way to pin the toolbars so this doesn’t happen?

Hi, thank you for raising the question!
May I know in which OS were you using Whiteboard?
        Is it Windows or Android?
And which version is the Whiteboard?

Good news is that, in the latest Whiteboard for "Windows", the long press feature has been removed.

@myviewboard-expert We just got our boards and they haven’t been connected to internet or a computer yet. We are just using the pre-installed “myViewBoard” on the ViewSonic. Will I be able to update the ViewSonic to remove that feature when it finally does get connected to internet?

Hi, I find this wiki page might be able to help you.
            https://wiki.myviewboard.com/Whiteboard_for_Android

The OS of ViewBoard(Your board) is Android, the long press feature might still be there after update.
If you wish to use Whiteboard without "long-press" feature, please proceed following steps:

            1. Get a Window 10 PC, and connect it to ViewBoard via "HDMI" and "Touch feedback" cables.
            2. Install Whiteboard for Windows, and run it.
