Toolbar location

I can't find the main toolbar on myviewboard and I want to save my first presentation.

Could you please provide us product name(Whiteboard for Windows/ Whiteboard for Android/ Classroom) and a screen shot depicts missing main toolbar?

Another reason for main toolbar missing might happen when you have two screens. If this is the case, simply unplug the second screen, main toolbar will show.
