Your question is related firewall/mail server. Please ask your school IT admin to whitelist "myviewboard" domain from the email server and allow port 443.

Have you checked the spam list on your email? Problems often arise because the antivirus or browser recognizes the sender as a spammer or fraudster. If you can't figure it out, I advise you to contact a more experienced programmer.
