We had our internet go out for a couple of days on campus and now none of us can get our computers to cast to the boards. Anyone have any idea of what could be going on and how to fix it?

@kpeavy-randolphboe-org We had a power surge in the buildings overnight that took out most of our ethernet ports temporarily. Our IT department restarted the switches in each building and it started working again!

@hayden-moss-commercetigers-net Thank you! I will forward that to my IT department and hopefully that will fix it! Thank you for the input!

@kpeavy-randolphboe-org Double-check your individual device's wifi settings. Be sure devices are on the same wifi network and try again.

I've noticed after outages, my devices will sometimes auto connect to our public wifi instead of the dedicated, password protected wifi.

Another step worth troubleshooting Is to forget the wifi, and then reconnect entirely. Do this across all devices in question.
