ChromeBox Sound Issues

I am an IT director at a school district in Oklahoma. My teachers have had a ton of issues with the sound on the ChromeBoxes. I am wondering if anyone has a solution or has been experiencing the same issue? We have tried to replace HDMI cables here and there, but it has only proven to be a very temporary fix. I know that the sound control on the TV and the ChromeBox are two different controls. I have had both of them on full volume and had still no luck. Any help is appreciated! Thanks
