Pen Sensitivity

    My teachers are using ViewBoards (Model IFP7550-3_CT2), and thet are wondering if there is a way to adjust the pen sensitivity. One board in particular seems less sensitive than the others.

    Can you answer the following questions?

    • What is the firmware version of your ViewBoard?
    • Which products have the pen sensitivity issue? myViewBoard Whiteboard for Android, Viewboard Side Toolbar? If the issue happened in myViewboard Whiteboard for Android, please provide the version number of it.
    • Can you provide a short recorded video about this issue?
