    My QR code isn't working anymore. How do I reset it?

    In order to proceed, can you provide more information below:

    1. Do you use myViewBoard Companion to scan the QR code of Whiteboard, but fail to sign in with some error messages?
    2. If so, can you provide the screenshot of the error messages?
    3. If not, can you provide more detailed information to let us help you?
