      My software will not connect to my account. I am not able to load the pages that are saved in Google Drive (which is bound), mycompanion app won't connect the board, and I can't throw to the board.

      There seems to be a 500 server error.

        The login does jump to Microsoft Edge and it says I've logged in, but the board does not respond.

          Hi @brian-greenlaw-msad59-org In order to help you, can you let me know below information:

          1. It looks like you tried to use companion app to sign in Whiteboard. May I know if the software you would like to connect is myViewBoard Whiteboard for Windows?
          2. If so, can you let me know if there is any error message showing up?
          3. About the second issue you mentioned "The login does jump to Microsoft Edge and it says I've logged in, but the board does not respond.", can you provide a video of it or if there is any error message showing up?

            My board started working right after the class was over. It was a server error, but it does make me wonder if saving to google drive is the best option. If someone has to get to work and it is only in the cloud, there could be an issue.
