Please confirm that TCP port 443 (HTTPS) and the domain - *myviewboard.com are allowed in your network setup and then try again.
i get this message when try to log in

It seems like you are accessing in a restricted network and sign in to myviewboard.com requires network firewall setting which allows whitelisting *.myviewboard.com domain and port 443.
Alternatively, you can try finding a wireless hotspot from the smart phone and connect your laptop/PC to this wireless hotspot and then sign in to myviewboard.com.
