MyView Whiteboard Saving as .olf when I want it to save as .VBOARD
-
Hello,
So currently I cannot share creations with MyView Whiteboard as the software is currently outputting saved documents as .olf not .VBOARD. I can't find anyway to change this. I've tried renaming the file type but this results in not being able to open the file at all.

Hi Barnse:
.vboard file format has been obsoleted. Therefore, myViewBoard Whiteboard does not support saving as .vboard file format anymore. However, myViewBoard Whiteboard is still able to open .vboard file and save .olf file.
We phased out .vboard file format, because the file format is not compatible with other platform of myViewBoard Whiteboard. On the other hand, .olf file format is JSON based and open. Therefore, every platform of myViewBoard Whiteboard can either fully or partially support .olf file.

Thanks for the response, none of my colleagues can open my .olf's however. How can I make their devices open .olf with whiteboard?

Hi, Barnse
Is it possible to share with us your original vboard file and also the olf file that cannot open by your colleagues, so that we can do a quick check? You can send it to mike.yang@viewsonic.com
And it would be helpful if you can share your Whiteboard version number.
Much appreciated for the information.
Mike
