How to Limit Access to Manager

Hello everyone, I hope someone can lend a hand and let me know if this is possible.

I manage our myViewBoard domain which consist of over 20 school sites. I've created individual groups in Manager and moved the ViewSonics from each school into each group.

My goal is to grant access to Manager to one person at each site without giving them complete "Admin access to the entire domain. Is this possible?

Is there a power user role in Manger or way to restrict access to a user to just give them the ability to manage a specific group?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
