viewboard freeze during startup

    I installed viewboard on my surfacego and when I click to start it freeze. I can see the main board and login windows but not qrcode. Any ideas?

    In order to help you, can you provide below information to us?

    1. Device information
    • If you can access "Setting",the gear icon, you can see a link named "Show my device information" from "?" section. Click it will show your device information.
    1. Relevant video of the issue you mentioned:
    • Issue 1: "when I click to start it freeze"
    • Issue 2: "I can see the main board and login windows but not qrcode"
    1. Your internet connection status:
      3-1. Does it work normally?
      3-2. Do you use wifi or not? Is it company's or your personal internet?
