請問Clips功能是否不能使用?

I am having the same problem on the Canvas in Classroom. I asked someone from boclips and they have not responded by chat. Anyone have any solutions?

您好，目前Clips功能應該是沒有問題的，若您持續看到以上畫面，可否麻煩Logout之後再點選Login，若仍有問題請再跟我們說，謝謝!

Thanks for the information.
I have checked the Clips service is available inside Classroom Magic Box. The video can be dragged onto canvas and play normally.

If you encounter a logout dialog window, please click logout and login again and see if the service is back. Please kindly let us know if you still unable to access it and it would be helpful with your screenshot so that we can work faster with our team.
