      Hello,

myWhiteboard for Windows' last version allows the user to remain logged in, even after closing the application. That's a great feature, but it unfortunately doesn't work (for us) as expected.
Our Viewsonic Panels are equipped with OPS Windows Computers. These are bound to a domain, so that each user uses his own Windows profile.

      Here is the issue:

      • user 1 logs in, starts myViewboard and chooses to remain logged in and shuts down the PC

      • user 2 starts the PC, logs in, starts myViewboard and user 1 logs automatically in.

Is there a way to make sure, that this doesn't happen?

      Best regards,
      Stéphane

        Hi Stephane:

Thank you for the feedback. We will improve "Stay as sign in" feature to store each user's session separately in the future.

        Please stay tuned.

          Hi Stephane:

In January 2023 myViewBoard Whiteboard for Windows release, the sign-in session of different Windows accounts will be stored separately. Therefore, different sign-in sessions will not interfere with each other.
