jpg size changes between laptop and Viewsonic

    When I create canvases that contain jpg images on my laptop, the images size increases in relation to the canvas size when displayed on my Viewsonic board.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi:

    Can you provide the following information for us to investigate the issue easier?

    • The version number of the software which created the file.
    • The version number of the software which opened the file on ViewBoard.
    • Attach an image to show the content on the laptop which you created the file from.
    • Attach an image to show the content on the ViewBoard which you opened the file from.
