myWhiteBoard touch delaying

I have a saved myWhiteboard training lesson, and the touch has been delayed. When I open it up on my computer, it has the warning that the touch will be delayed. However, it only does it on the saved lessons, not when I open up a new one. This is also happing to a colleague of mine daily.

Does anyone know why this is happening?

myViewBoard Whiteboard for Windows, myViewBoard Whiteboard for Android or myViewBoard Whiteboard for iOS?

Also, can you attach an image of the warning message?
