Thank you for your feedback and we apologize for any inconvenience. Since some objects created by myViewboard for Windows are still not supported in the online version, we will show an unsupported object(Broken symbol) to indicate. We understand that it's not as convenient as you like, and I will put it on our roadmap and continually improve cross-product compatibility.

Can you describe the equation editor in more detail or provide us the screenshots for the equation editor you mentioned? Is this also for Whiteboard online?

Thank you for taking the time to share that with me so I can make it right. I’ve shared your feedback with our team, and the team is making it a new priority to ensure this problem will be addressed soon.

In the meantime, the workaround solution is you can rename the file name from "xxx.olf.zip" to "xxx.olf" or save as "QB" file format, and try again.

We cannot reproduce your issue on our end. Can you check whether you click "Save as" and the default file type of file manager set "olf" as follows? and if you choose Cloud Drive, please make sure you select Olf as the saved file format.

Also, please help to see if you remove the .zip and try to open the file. Will it work?

For further investigation, please provide the device information and screenshots of reproduce steps. Thank you again.

感謝老師的回覆，目前嵌入網頁至白板仍是限制，未來我們會實作嵌入網頁預覽，有允許預覽的他站網頁才可以被嵌入；若無，則仍需要以學生自行點選學習，同時我們也會再努力看其他的可能性。

非常感謝你的提問，關於您詢問，與您說明如下:

1.滙入youtube影片撥放時,學生端的影片沒有反應：
1） 是否老師有開啟視訊功能，若有的話部分平板裝置目前只能支援一次播放一個影片（含老師視訊），故學生可能手動點取播放。
2） 老師影片播放時，學生端影片是否有加“框‘或是進入播放模式左右加”黑底“ 如下圖：
若無進入播放模式，1）請老師確認老師端已切換該模式且重新點選影片播放。2）若1）動作無法解決，請學生端確認網路連線並重整畫面。

2）滙入網頁,開啟時教師端是另開視窗: 因目前大部分網頁不允內嵌行為，故目前加入網址，另開分頁開啟。

老師可以在開啟分組討論時，先於設定開啟"調整學生即時協作權限“， 當此設定開啟時，老師可以看到學生名字在移動的物件於白板畫布上。


另外，老師可以到儀表板區，針對學生個人或是該小組關閉畫筆功能。如以下圖所示:

針對老師提出電腦版製作之olf檔案匯入數位教室時畫面只會呈現2/3無法使用： 請容我向您說明目前產品之間的預設畫布解析度不同，故目前電腦版的OLF匯入後，物件會靠左上角。

1. 在iPad 上開啟 Chrome Chrome。
2. 輕觸畫面右上方的「更多（...）」圖示 更多。
3. 選取 [切換為電腦版網站]
4. 用另一隻手指輕點螢幕下緣向上滑動並停頓來顯示下方畫面（三顆按鈕）
   Notes: 瀏覽器在蘋果裝置行為可能有些不同，有時可能需要重新開啟分頁，再重覆步驟1~4。

另外，iPad 的效能可能無法達到myViewboard 數位教室老師端的最低系統需求。如果裝置不符合這些需求，可能無法在裝置上流暢使用，詳細資訊請參閱我們Wiki ： https://wiki.myviewboard.com/Classroom#System_requirements

@mgerberick Thanks for your feedback. As I mentioned in the previous comment, the .qb file is only supported by myViewBoard Classroom and Whiteboard online.
So you cannot access .qb file via Whiteboard for Windows or Whiteboard for Andriod. However, once our new file format .olf is ready for myViewBoard Classroom and Whiteboard online, you can access files across myViewBoard whiteboard products.

If you create your content on Classroom/Whiteboard online, you can save the .qb to Classroom. In addition, you can have two ways to add the .qb file onto canvas.

1. Open the .qb file from File management.
   

2. Import the .qb file from Magic Box

Thank you for the feedback. If you prepare your lesson on the Whiteboard app, you can save it onto cloud drive or local drive. If you prepare the lesson with other applications, please make sure the file format is supported as the below table. You to import any support files from Magic box onto your canvas on Whiteboard.
