It seems like you are accessing in a restricted network and sign in to myviewboard.com requires network firewall setting which allows whitelisting *.myviewboard.com domain and port 443.
Alternatively, you can try finding a wireless hotspot from the smart phone and connect your laptop/PC to this wireless hotspot and then sign in to myviewboard.com.

Hi Jeff, How's everything and thank for choosing ViewSonic IFP. Activate our Whiteboard software allows teachers to unlock and access all features which are designed for Hybrid & Distance Learning, more Collaboration, and engagement with students.
There is a way to mass activate our Whiteboard software for Windows 10. The instruction is inside the Entity Management. Just sign in to https://myviewboard.com using your admin account. Select "Install Instruction" and you'll find the silent install and activate command line

To use the Entity Management feature, first is to sign up our myViewBoard Entity tier. May I ask which country are you located in?
