    • RE: How do we turn off the Marker Options popup from automatically showing?

The popup should only appear whenever a "tap and hold" or "right-click" action is triggered. The setting for configuring the right-click delay differs depending on the OS.

If you're on Windows 10, can you try accessing the following and set the Right-click mode activation setting to a longer delay?

      ●⠀Control Panel
      ┣ ⠀Tablet PC Settings
      ┣ ⠀Other
      ┣ ⠀Pen and touch
      ┣ ⠀Touch
      ┣ ⠀Press and Hold
      ┣ ⠀Settings
      ┗ ⠀Right-click mode activation

For Android, see the following help entry:

Let me know if this helps.

    • RE: .IWB Files - SmartBoard Files

Are you using myViewBoard for Windows? myViewBoard for Windows supports importing SMARTBOARD files. You can use the Magic Box to import files. See here:
      https://wiki.myviewboard.com/Magic_Box/Import_Resource

If you're using myViewBoard for Android, these should have native support for IWB files as well.

      Basically for both:

      • You click the Magic Box icon on the toolbar
      • Use the "file browser" to navigate to the IWB file
      • Either double-click or drag the IWB file t the canvas

      To summarize:
      ⠀

      • Throw and Present allows participants to use the myViewBoard Companion app to automatically open objects sent via the “Throw” feature. Video here: https://youtu.be/AoWsKXAZ6a4
      • The color picker has been revamped and now includes a special "eyedropper" feature.
      • Support for two more Indian languages: Kannada and Hindi.
      • Sign in is no longer required to use the Immersive Reader.
      • Live Caption is available under all modes (preparation, presentation and desktop modes).
      • Improved loading times during launch.
      • Enhanced performance of the Page management menu.
      • If you drag and drop an Original Content background image onto a canvas, myViewBoard Original Content background images are no longer added to the user-defined background folder.
      • For myViewBoard for Android users out there, we have added IWB (Interactive Whiteboard Format) versions for some of the Original Content files.
